Dante Bland, LLC is an owner-led marketing agency in Charlotte, North Carolina, working with businesses and organizations nationwide.
I started this company because I kept meeting owners who were doing everything right. Posting. Advertising. Showing up. And getting almost nothing back for it. Not for lack of effort, but because none of it was connected to anything else.
So that is the work. I bring the pieces into alignment through three connected stages: Brand Clarity, Authority Media, and Revenue Growth. I lead every engagement myself, so the person diagnosing the problem is the person doing the work.
Owner-Led
You work with me, not an account manager. I run the strategy, the build, and the follow-through myself. That is deliberate. Most of what goes wrong in marketing goes wrong in the handoffs, and there are fewer of those when one person owns the whole thing.
Community
I care especially about Black-owned businesses, community-centered brands, and organizations doing work that matters. That is not a limit on who I work with. It is a statement about how I work: with care, with integrity, and with a real interest in seeing a business grow on structure instead of luck.
