Organization Snapshot
The Queen’s Collective Birthing is a Charlotte-based organization providing compassionate support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and pregnancy & infant loss, with services designed to empower families through education, advocacy, and holistic care.
Led by founder Racquel Washington, the organization’s mission centers on supporting families through the full spectrum of the perinatal journey -including loss – while offering programs and resources such as The Queen’s Circle.
The Need
This brand isn’t a single service-it’s a full ecosystem: doula support, virtual offerings, specialized pregnancy & infant loss support, provider/organization services, events, and products/resources.
They needed:
- A website that communicates sensitive, high-trust services with clarity and care
- Clear pathways to book a consultation, explore services, and learn about specialized support
- Video storytelling to introduce the founder and build trust through real voices and experiences
- Product photography to support gift boxes/resources and reinforce brand quality across the site
Our Approach
Message + structure first
We organized the site around the real questions visitors have: “What support do you offer?”, “Is this for me?”, and “How do I take the next step?”
Trust-building through content
We supported the site experience with a founder introduction video, testimonial stories, and promotional reels, designed to help visitors feel the mission, not just read it.
Cohesive brand media system
Product photography and consistent visual standards were created to keep the brand’s web + social presence aligned.
Website Experience (Design + SEO)
Built a calm, trustworthy site structure with on-page SEO foundations (metadata, headings, internal linking, image alt text) to support clarity and discoverability.
