These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dante Bland, LLC website and the marketing and advertising services we provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Dante Bland, LLC is a full-service marketing and advertising agency. Services may include brand identity, website design and development, video production, photography, print, advertising, and ongoing marketing support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement between you and Dante Bland, LLC. That document governs the engagement and takes precedence over any general description on this site.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your invoice or in your agreement. Work begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received. Projects may be paused if payment is not received when due. Recurring or retainer services continue until cancelled in writing.
Refunds
All sales are final and Dante Bland, LLC does not issue refunds. Clients may be eligible for credit toward future products or services if the request is made within one year of the initial payment and the project has not been started. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, materials, access, and approvals needed to complete the work in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Revisions and Scope
Revisions are included as stated in your proposal or agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost, which will be quoted before the work proceeds.
Ownership and Portfolio Use
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you as set out in your agreement. Dante Bland, LLC retains ownership of preliminary concepts, working files, and any tools or processes used to create the work. Unless you request otherwise in writing, Dante Bland, LLC may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, and social media networks. Those platforms have their own terms, and Dante Bland, LLC is not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Dante Bland, LLC provides its services with professional care but does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, or engagement outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Our Refund Policy continues to apply.
Changes to These Terms
Dante Bland, LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
